This is a new v3 pan camera. It goes offline often. I have uninstalled an reinstalled. The same issue keeps recurring. I get error code 27-please connect your mobile device to a different network and try again. I am ready to send this back. Please help
I have one of my cameras gets a code 27 and it’s the one closet to the router. My other pan3 is outside and doesn’t have this issue!! Ahhh I even changed my router to a clear channel.
Error code 27 is the new error code 90. All four of my V3-pans are off line again today. It’s ridiculous. If I were a man with ill intent I’d go around looking for houses with wyze cams outside. There is less than a 10% chance of getting caught. Worthless.
Im having the same issue, almost every 2 days Im getting this error code 27, is there any solution for this?
I never had issues with my other cameras (Nexxt)!

*** I think I may know the solution. This has been happening to my cam pan v3 recently after working great for 2 weeks straight. I believe it is the Wyze power cable not seating properly into the cameras power port.
Try pushing the micro usb firmly into the camera. It has been working for me since. I tried all the other methods: factory reset, moving closer to the router, unplugging power cord from the charging block. None of those worked.
I did use a regular Wyze cam power cable (straight micro usb) and this did work early on in my troubleshooting, but I discounted it because I had the camera laying on its side because the cable didn’t allow the camera to sit correctly.
(All my troubleshooting was over the course of a week so there was plenty of time in between each test.)
