How do I stop my camera from pointing at the wrong direction? I have set my Waypoints to the right directions and it still moves back to point under my roof. Help please?
Yet another issue in a camera that was released before it was ready for the public.
There a numerous posts about this issue which currently has No Fix
I think I fixed it. I redid my detection zone and reset it to where it was then saved it. It’s been a couple of minutes and it hasn’t moved back to the wrong spot. We’ll see if it stays where I want it to be. Wish me luck!

It’ll be a disservice if I don’t give an update on this issue - IT IS DOING IT AGAIN! I deleted waypoints and added new ones to help fix it but that trick is not working anymore. Wyze, please fix this issue! It is so annoying and frustrating!
Update: I went to Support chat and got multiple ways to fix it and #4 fixed it, so far, so copied and pasted it here in case anyone needs help with the same issue.
Check Detection Zone Settings:
Go to Settings > Detection Settings > Detection Zone.
If a Detection Zone is enabled, toggle it off.
Note: If a Detection Zone is active, the camera will return to its original position after 15 seconds of being idle.

Then can you toggle it back on it and it will return to the new position, the first waypoint or what’s set in the detection zone?
Yes, it works now and it hasn’t pointed to the wrong direction.
