I just purchased a v3 cam pan. All indications are that it is an outdoor camera. Why then am I required to purchase an outdoor adapter for this outdoor camera? The cable was way too short so I had to buy a longer cable. Then when I started to install I found out on YouTube that I need an adapter. I have 5 Wyze cameras plugged outdoors with out adapters. Why do I need one for this camera?
