How is the Wyze cam pan version three extended outdoors? Is there an extender?

So, I just received my new PanCam v3s, the cam itself is awesome so far, but!
The power cable comes with a molded 90 degree end that looks to be proprietary to the wyze cam.
This really needs to be an accessory that’s offered in longer lengths, the cable that comes with it is approximately 6 ft.
Just putting this out there for everyone to see. I already talked to customer service and they said that they would pass it on to the dev team.
My parents are in need of cameras. I was looking at the Pan Cam v3 for them. However where they need to mount the camera on the outside of the house is much further than 6’ from an outlet. For my cameras, I purchased a longer micro usb cable and was set. Given this camera uses an L shaped connector, it limits options. I contacted Wyze on how to extend the cable. I asked if a USB A female to USB A male cable would be suitable given the connection would be under a front porch and away from r…
Hey Gang- It might be too early but does anyone know if there is a plug adapter that will allow me to plug my current V3 cam cable into my new V3 pan camera? I don’t want to have to pull out my current cable which goes to my standard V3 camera to install my new V3 PAN camera. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The Pan V3 comes with a special cord that only fits this cam. It is a right angle plug with a custom weather seal to fit the bottom of the plug.
If you need to plug this into and outside outlet, you will need to wait until the Outdoor Power Adapter V2 is released.
The 6ft cord with the cam can be run indoors and used with the supplied 2A power adapter or it can be extended with a M\F USB-A extension so long as the connections are indoors.
