Pan Cam 3 firmware update disappeared

All my Pan Cam 3 showing in latest IOS App 3.10 that firmware (4.50.15.4800) is Up to Date.

When clicking under “What’s new” it shows firmware version 4.50.15.5336 (December 3, 2025) as latest firmware.

Strange thing is that the latest update was shown in the app for 1 day for all cameras and then disappeared. As I only came to the site next day, this update had gone.

For good reasons I only update firmware when having direct access to all cameras at a location to avoid issues which can result in unsuccessful updates and sometimes “bricking” a camera.

Any one has experienced the same issue?

Nothing specific in this case, but there have been times in the past that a firmware update has either been pulled, or is intentionally slow to release (only small batches of devices get the update, then some more, etc).
