I have a different angle on pan and tile. I am using the camera for a special purpose and want to be able to slow both the pan and tilt when operating. Is there any way to slow both the pan and tilt?. I am using the newest firmware and application.
On the camera main page, Settings > Advanced Settings > Motor Controls. Appears that you can only change the pan speed.
Yeah, what @K6CCC mentioned is the only relevant setting I can think of for something like this, too.

Reading through that topic just now, I can understand how something like a variable speed setting for the motion control might give smoother pictures. I wonder how much of that could be implemented via firmware versus mechanical limitations because of gearing and what’s actually in the cameras now. I really don’t know.
