Nothing I can do will fix my V2 PANs to ne able to recordv to the cloud, they both just stopped!
In the Services tab of the App, are your cameras still assigned to a Cam Plus or Cam Plus Lite account?
They are, everything was working then only these 2 stopped?
Are they assigned to Cam Plus or Cam Plus Lite?
Have you verified in the settings of each that the Event Recording settings have not changed?
Have you power cycled the cams?
What other troubleshooting steps have you gone thru?
Removed them from groups, removed cloud recording added it back, will do another power cycle, only this type of cameravhas this issue both just suddenly happened.

Okay reset the cameras via the APP all good now.
