Outdoor Plug Socket 1 Problems

Just received new outdoor plug yesterday. I have no schedules and daylight sensor is disabled.

Outdoor socket 2 : works fine as it should

Outdoor socket 1 : works fine only when nothing is plugged into it. When I plug anything into it (tried many different devices and many different outlets, indoor and out) it goes on for less than a second and then goes off. Manually or via the app, either way has the same behavior. Any thoughts?

Both mine are working fine - so far.

Now that it’s night it is turning on even without the “brightness” set to on. However , yesterday I had tested the brightness so i think this may be the glitch…

I bought 4 of them I have this problem on two. All are updated. IN fact, the two in question do not even show both outlets?
