Outdoor plug - problems with sunset trigger to switch on

Hi,
I am using the outdoor plug and use the local schedule - time of day function.
I set it up to switch on on sunset and switch off at 10 pm.

My issue is that it does NOT switch on on sunset. I need to switch it on manually. But it switches off at 10 pm as it should.
Does anyone know why it does not switch on as it should? Does anyone have the same issue?

I use the same local schedule without any issue.
You might want to check if you do not have any other schedules or rules that are preventing the plug to turn on.
