Outdoor Camera not charging

Hi, I have ab outdoor cam about 6 months old that is not charging at all. It recently started only charging to a max of about 45% but now nothing at all. I have tried new cable and power supply.

Any suggestions welcome.

Probably best to call Wyze to see about a replacement on that one. You can contact them by phone at (206) 339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT.

Note I believe they are closed today for Labor Day.

Do you turn the camera off before recharging it?

Are you charging from the base station? If not, what are you charging from?

I’m having the exact same issue. Except mine was just opened out of the box today. No charge. Can’t charge from anywhere. No LED light status.

You should try a new cable and power supply if you have something you can substitute. You might want to re-seat the connector first, as I’ve seen that be an issue before. The camera does not need to be turned off to charge, although it may charge faster that way. The light should blink red while it is charging.
