Through other troubleshooting with other users, we found instance where TinyCam would continuously stream the camera ( user may not be aware ), that resulted in fast draining battery. While it is live streaming, the PIR is not detecting motion, which resulted in no motion detected.
It would be great to disconnect TinyCam first. Then, you can try troubleshooting no motion detection issue with this thread.
