Is anyone else noticing major issues? Cams won’t load, errors when opening app, events won’t load, etc…
Yep…App crashed out on me and asked me to log back in and now it’s just crawling.

Yeah, I am now having the same issue. At first things were just slow to load, then they wouldn’t load, then the app threw errors…Now I’ve been logged out and am not about to try to login again. WYZE hasn’t even noticed yet…or at least they haven’t created an official post stating they are looking into things.
I am SO glad I do not actually rely on WYZE for security or pay for more than 4 cams to be on Cam+.

I was able to login again and things appear to be working. Just a 30 minute blip by the looks of it?
Yeah, looks fully recovered. I bet most people won’t even notice there was an outage.

Hmm, I wonder if everyone is going to have to login again or just those that tried to use the app during the time frame mentioned? Hopefully we will learn more when WYZE gets around to providing their user community with an update.
Still can’t access home monitoring tab. Alarm is on and unable to turn off so I can’t enter my home without the alarm sounding. No call or notifications so not sure if Wyze even noticed the alarm going off.
YIKES! So how do you handle that? I am guessing unplug the alarm?
I unplugged the camera and hoping they don’t send the police! Hopefully will be fixed soon.
My v2 cameras are working after the outage but my v3 cameras are still offline. I’ve tried hard booting them and they haven’t come back online yet… Refreshing the app does nothing.
I didn’t have to log in again, so it’s only those who checked during the down time
(I’ve learned from a previous outage that if someone reports login problems, stay away and don’t try to log in
)

As an FYI, I have a single v2 and a bunch of v3s, four of which are on Cam+. All of my cameras came back online at the same time. I am an Android users and did not need to bounce/reboot my phone or any of the cams. With that said, I did have to login to the WYZE app on my S23 again.
Maybe try logging out of the app, restart your phone, then log back into the app. Hopefully something simple like that resolves the issue for you.

Thanks for the tips! Unfortunately they didn’t work for me. After more troubleshooting I found that my GFCI outlet outside had tripped this afternoon before the Wyze outage. Once I reset the outlet all of my cams are back online.
Yep the OG cams are very very slow to load.
I did not know about the outage two days ago, but now, 4/10/26, all is well, all are connected. Did not need to do anything to restore connections.
