I ordered two cameras. Trying to track the shipping. The link provided with my order takes me to a site written in French. The AI support bot simply tells me there is a problem retrieving my order information. GLITCH! How best to track my order? Thanks.
If you log into your account (assuming you ordered via your account) does it have status there?
I would guess when it ships you’ll probably get an email with tracking info, but I don’t recall, last order I did was last year.
Yes, I logged into Wyze (and ordered through Wyze). The status is “Fulfilled and Shipped.” I still have a couple of days before the 5-7 days is over, but I wanted to check. Again, though, the tracking information is all in French. I, unfortunately, don’t speak French. , I live in the United States. Wyze knows my address. So, why does it direct me to a French site? A little annoying, but not critical (yet).
Funny. I can only count to 10 in French, if you need help with quantity issues.

Jocking aside I wasn’t able to track the shipping as well until the next day. I think their system is just slow.
