When resetting the password using the website on a PC, the new password is not shown. Can’t see what the problem is if the verification password doesn’t match. Would like to be able to opt to show both the new password and the verification field please.
Copy and paste.
Type your password in a notepad window, copy it and paste where it’s needed.
Fix it like many other vendors
That is the obvious work around. And it does work. I am just suggesting that like most PW in most apps, we have the option to see it when working with it. It is just a bit easier and allows you to know for sure that under that line of asterisks is the PW you have documented. This only applies to changing the PW in your account on the website. The phone app already has a “peep” option to see the PW.
