My order was shipped but spend 8 days in a location 30 miles from me. When I checked they kept saving wait a couple of days. Finally the order showed delivered at 11:30 at nght but it was not. I have video camera that proved there was no delivery. I bought the doorbell later at HomeDepot. I am told it was delivered and the charge for the undelivered unit is back on my credit card. Maybe use UPS FedEx or USPS in the future.
I purchase a Gray V4 on 11/28/24 from the WYZE Web site. Tracking info from WYZE said shipped 12/1/24 via USPS. I kept checking the tracking info for a week and USPS said they were waiting to receive it from WYZE. I finally opened a support ticket with WYZE and after numerous email exchanges they said they had no Gray V4 cams in stock. They finally sent me a Black V4 that I received 12/17/24.
I have purchased 13 other cams from WYZE and never a delay. Amazon for me next time even though the price is a few dollars more.

Maybe use Amazon. 
Ended up going to Home Depot - cost $6 more but would have been best in the long run.

Ordered 12/4 and still waiting. Last update with UPS tracking was 12/12 and it supposedly was a state next to me. Never seen slower delivery with Wyze, all the time.
