Only have events for an hour

Hi I only have events for 1 hour. When I go to all events there is only 1 hour of events or none are found. I have OG cameras and a v2 doorbell and an unlimited account. I cleared filters. I looked and could not find this problem in the forum. It has been going on for over a month. The App is on android on two different phones. The app on the one phone is 3.2.6 (592) on a Samsung A54. The other is an older version on a Samsung J7 2.50.9 (512)

Try dragging the list up from the bottom with one finger, hold it up for a few seconds, then release. App loads only 20 events at a time.
