Hello. I have 7 OG cameras and Cam Plus subscription. For two days now, there are no events available. I get notified of events but the videos are not available on my phone app or desktop or laptop. When I switch to the SD cards, there are no event markers. How does this get fixed? Thanks in advance.
I would check your filters in the event tab because notifications are triggered from cloud events. Remove all filters to show all events. Maybe the videos aren’t having ai tags, and you are filtering to show only ai tags?

Well, I hadn’t done anything yet and now it all works again. I’ll go with it! Thanks for your reply.
