Online purchase issue - missing online purchase information

I purchased the Wyze camera car online as I need it for work purposes; but, it turns out that the car needs a camera that is NOT available.

The information online does not indicate that the car need a V2 camera ONLY.

I get the car and learn that the other V2 and V3 cameras I have will not work. Bummers. So I go to order the needed camera, and they are “sold out”.

So now I have a car I can not use, a job I can not do, and I need to take the time to do the return. What a waste of time.

Please make sure the online salubrious marking information about the car indicates that there is only ONE camera that it works with. One!

And please let me know of there are more options other than returning the purchase.
