Oddly Timed and Inaccurate Email

Not sure if this is the right place to ask about this, or communicate with Wyze staff. I received an email last month that indicated my Cam Plus Unlimited was set to renew in 30 days. I received that email 31 days ago.

According to the Wyze App, my subscription isn’t set to renew until March 03, 2025.

In the email it had a link to the Help Center but it takes me to a third party.

At first I suspected it to be a fraud/scam email of someone impersonating Wyze, however I use unique email addresses for each company, only Wyze would have known to use that exact address. It also came from a Wyze verified address.

So questions I have: 1) why any I being alerted of a renewal with a grossly inaccurate timeframe?
2) If this isn’t the right forum to communicate with Wyze staff, what is? There email links need correcting.



Not sure if you figured it out. I don’t have a specific answer but would suggest you check at least 3 places,

the Wyze app, your Wyze On-line account thru the web (under General/subscriptions) , and your phone app store subscriptions.

May have one camera subscription not in sync with the others, based on when signed up.

Example , my phone app says I have 3 subs that renew Nov 26
But web app says I have 2 +1. 1 renewed October 2, and 2 are upcoming Nov 26.
