Notifications not working on v4 and iOS

I have various cams (v4, v3, og) and I cannot get people notifications to work for any of the cams on any of my devices (iPhone, iPad). I’ve checked the iOS settings as well as the camera settings and everything looks like it should be working, but it’s not.

Two of the cans have Cam+

I feel like I’m missing something basic. Thanks for your help.

The only Camera’s you will get Person Notification on are the ones on Cam Plus. With that said, Can you post images of your Detection Settings Page, Your Event Recording Page also include the Customize Detection Page, finally attach your Notification Page and then the Manage Page.
