Notifications not working on iOS app

I haven’t been receiving Notifications in the iOS app for several months, after it was working fine for more than a year.

I have the latest version of the app - 3.5.5 (8). I’ve cleared the Cache in App Settings. Both In-app Notifications and Push Notifications are enabled in the App. The Events I want to receive Notifications for appear in Events, but I receive no Notifications for any of them. In iOS Settings “Allow Notifications” and Critical Alerts are both enable for the Wyze app. I’ve rebooted my phone and turned notifications on and off a number of times.

Any suggestions for how I can get Notifications working will be greatly appreciated!

I managed to troubleshoot a solution to make my event notifications appear again, after trying every other solution I could find. I reset my sense hub, installed all the devices again, etc, none of which solved the issue.

I’m posting the fix for anyone else who might encounter the same issue.

The fix was remarkably simply and involved my phone and NOT Wyze.

In the iOS app, go to Settings, select Focus.
Make sure Do Not Disturb is turned off.
