I haven’t got a single notification in several weeks.
My app is on the latest version (3.10.5.2) my iPhone is on the latest firmware (iOS 26.3) and every device I have is on its most current firmware.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I’ve turned off notifications both within the app and on my device. Restarted the device. And waited over an hour to reenable notifications. I’ve also cleared my cache, and still NOTHING. This was happening before I upgraded to iOS 26.3 and app version 3.10.5.2 also. The lack of notifications are on all my devices I’m logged into as well iPhone, iPad, wife’s iPhone/ipad.
I’m still able to see everything detected in my events log, I just don’t get a push notification when the event occurs
The ONLY thing that gives me a notification is if someone presses my doorbell. Other than that, I get no notifications for anything else.
I’m getting notification from every other app on my devices
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
