Notification Help

What happened to getting motion notifications. I have two cams and the Doorbell. Notifications are set for motion. They show up in my event log. But I never receive any notifications. Why or what has changed? Or is this the way that Wyze makes you purchase the service.

Does the bell icon on the home screen on the app have zzz on it? If so, you have notifications snoozed. Tap it to unsnooze.

Also, check the notification settings in each individual camera’s settings.


You mean you see videos in the event tab but no push notifications? If so, check the notification settings for the camera and be sure you have notifications enabled.
