Not getting more then 12 sec

So I subscribed to CAM plus for 2 cams for recording over 12 sec I believed. I paid the annual options which comes out about $30.
Fund has been deducted from my account.
I’m still seeing 12sec on my videos.

Did you enable it on those cameras?

Account Tab, Services, Cam Plus, Edit
