Not allowing playback 24/7

I used to be able to go back multiple days previous and pick whatever time I wanted and I could view footage. Now it only allows me to view recorded events. I didnt change any settings. Any advice on how I can get this feature back. It’s almost as if it was recording 24/7 in the background.

In order to try to understand your problem better, I’m curious about some things:

  • What Cam(s) are you using?
  • How are you attempting to view events? (Are you using the Events tab? What specific steps are you taking in the app that are not resulting in the outcome you expect?)
  • What app version are you using?

I’m wondering if you might be using Cam v3 and seeing some of the recent UI changes, but knowing more about what you’re using and what you’re trying to do would be helpful in guiding further responses.

I’m using a cam v3. I used to be able to just click on the live camera view and it would have a playback option. Then I would be able to just scroll back to whatever time I chose. I’m using the current app version 3.8.5.722
