Can you provide the Ticket Number here as well? I will pass that on. I am a community Member as you are and cannot answer your why question.

Hi @branden.truss sorry for took long get back to you. I checked the original ticket and you mentioned there was connectivity issue with your lock. Just to confirm, right now the issue is everytime you pass the door, the lock will not wake up for you, right? Is it possible you could provide me a video of it? Just to better understand your issue.

Do you mind also pass me a new logid? I will also have team reopen the ticket for you. Thank you so much!

Hello, I’ve done pretty much everything that I could think of I wasn’t a process of trying to get a refund from Wyze They had me to send over some info that they needed I sent several emails by no response WYZE even had me to do some steps I don’t mind sending some info

I don’t know how to send another log. I did try but I don’t know how to but the information I provided. Do you still need more information? I still have the purchase date if you want that and also would I be able to get a refund in a gift card?

Go into the App, go to the Wyze Palm Lock and go to settings. Scroll down to the bottom and select Wyze Support then select Submit log. Select the closest option or other.

Once the Log has been submitted you will receive the log number. Take the number and put it in this thread for @WyzeDesmond to see or get.

Thank you for sending over the video. May I know when lock is not waking up while you approach, will it wake up by tapping the keypad? From log we can see you normally scan and code in daily use, just out of curiosity in what scenario the lock acts like your video. Thanks!

Hi, I’ve tried it after I sent the video and no actually it did not so what I have done was I have taken both batteries out I waited for a few minutes put them back in. I did recalibrate the lock and everything else, and still not lighting up when I walked past or tapping

The same thing is happening to me right now. I was lied to and told I only needed to pay for a subscription for more than one camera and enhanced features. For the first 30 a live agent answered the phone in less than 3 minutes. Each call they kept trying to sell me. This is a typical [Mod Edit] fintech company that gets your money that makes you talk to a [Mod Edit] toaster thru a “live chat” that their website clearly says they dont provide that. A live agent finally picked up and is giving me a the [Mod Edit] run around about paying for a subscription

What were you lied to about and do you have a ticket number from when you called support so I can look into this? Also please keep our Community Guidelines in mind when posting.
