No two-way communication

I don’t know what happen but my both Cam v3 no longer have two-way communication. I only get a feedback from my phone when I speak but not through the camera

I just tried with one of my Cam Pan v3s, and two-way audio seems to be working both ways. What kinds of troubleshooting have you attempted so far? When was the last time you rebooted your Android mobile device and your cameras?

Sharing the app and firmware versions that you’re using can also be helpful sometimes.

My phone i restart every week, the cameras i haven’t but I switched to a different network hence having to do the setup all over again. I think this re-setting up would be more that a reboot, I not sure

I’m still unsure what troubleshooting you’ve done or what you mean about switching networks and going through setup again. Some additional detail about that and what you’re experiencing might help community members to understand the situation better. What did Support say when you contacted them?

My two way audio is also broken on my Pan Cam V3. I can hear audio in live view but can’t talk to anyone. Have 3 of these cameras and none of them work. Started after last firmware/app update.

Ok. I changed the router so I had to re-do the process again. I couldn’t find where to just log in to a new wifi network so I had to set it up like new again but still does not have the two communication

I’m not sure why that would’ve had any affect on the audio experience if the device has a good Wi-Fi connection, and I’m still curious about what Support said and what kind of troubleshooting you’ve done.
