All my cams stopped outputting audio on the cameras. I miss scaring my grandkids… I read that some other may have had the same issue after recent firmware updates. I checked all the recommended settings without success.

Are you talking about 2-way audio, where you tap the microphone icon on a Cam’s live view to talk through a Cam’s speakers? I don’t have any Duo Cam Pans, and I have not yet applied the 4.50.16.6242 firmware update to the Cam Pan v3 I just tested, but using Android Wyze app v3.11.5.764 and Cam Pan v3 with firmware 4.50.16.5654 I was able to hear myself through the Cam’s speaker when talking through the phone a moment ago.
When reporting a problem that you think may be a consequence of an update (app and/or firmware), please remember to include the exact version(s) you’re using, as Wyze’s staged roll-outs mean that what’s “recent” or “current” for you may not mean the same version to another user.
Also, if you can pinpoint that the problem began with a specific update, then you should be able to find the appropriate release announcement in the Wyze News category for that update version, and it may be helpful to submit an app log and share that Log ID in the announcement topic along with a problem description, as that improves visibility to Wyze. If I was doing something like that, then I would also be inclined to create a Support ticket and include the Log ID there, as well.
The screenshot you shared for Duo Cam Pan’s Device Info shows a firmware version that was released months ago. Is that when your problem began? What did Support say when you contacted them?
Yes, the 2 way audio has stopped on my Duo Cam Pans and Cam Pan v3’s. I noticed the stoppage about a month ago so I may be firmware related. All my cams have the latest FW updates applied. I had created a support ticket as well. Thanks for your input.
