Using android wzye app; did app reset cache clear. Can’t access my new Pan cam v3 while not at home. Both my older pan cam and cam v2 work just fine. All three cams work fine while home on same network.

There are two common reasons for that - your router (ISP supplied ones are particularly problematic) and someone here recently had an identical issue and it was because they were using an outdated version of the app, once they updated, the v3s started working.
What app version are you on?

Yes, that was it. Now on 3.2.7.595. My apologies; I thought my phone was auto updating my apps.
My older cams still work better and connect quicker but eventually my pan cam v3 connects.

My Panv3s are pretty quick, few seconds, about the same as my v4. My OGs are the fastest, they did something in firmware a while back that made them connect almost instantly.
