My wyze outdoor cameras (all 10 that i ordered) are not recording sound. I have tried toggling the sound on and off as suggested here before in a link but that hasnt resolved it. There is no reset button on the bottom of my camera to perform a factory reset? Any ideas on how i can get the cameras to record sound? Many thanks
I know this will seem simple and i in no way want to seem degrading but did you make sure the volume was up on your phone. simple things have been over looked from time to time. not mentioning name (Me) had this issue one time after setting up a camera…and after a good ten minute time out in a corner I sworn never to admit to it…but here we are.
