No Notifications On Doorbell Cam with Cam Plus and Correct Settings!

Everything worked Just Fine until a few months ago when All Notifications Just Stopped! ALL Settings are Correct, firmware is current…and I’ve been Paying For Nothing! (Oh…and on my app the offer to renew Cam Plus was $14.99…and I was charged $19.99…again, for Nothing!)

Try going into the settings and doing “reset services”.

Are events being logged in the app but no notifications sent, or are they not logged at all?

Sometime notifications not working can be solved by uninstalling and reinstalling the Wyze app. It seems sometimes the link between the OS and app gets messed up for some reason.

In my App Settings there is Only “theme” “Home Page Camera Card Style” and “miscellaneous” which has “cache file” and “running in background”…nothing else!
Events are being recorded, but No notifications. I will see what happens if I uninstall/install!

If you go into the camera itself, then settings, there will be a “reset services” at the very bottom.

But yeah I’d try the reinstall first, that has fixed it for me a couple of times back when the 3.x app first came out (hasn’t been an issue for a while for me though).

Wyze customer service sucks..bad. doorbell cam went away. Not recording. No events. Cam plusThey dont answer the phone after an hour.
EXTEND doesn’t take warranties over the phone anymore. You cannot get in touch with them and it’ll take over two months to send the camera back and then wait for another one or deny claim just flat out, say no. I’m giving up all my wise cameras
