yes, this cloud side issue. But if you still have issue please upgrade the firmware to latest one and double check VOIP setting in Account → Notification → Push Notification → Voice Over IP.

I did try again with this but sadly its not working out and I have spent way too much time on it. I have to move on and say that Wyze is not ready to be a vaible solution

I too am having the same issue. I submitted a log sometime ago on this issue. I understood there was an update, but wasn’t sure if it was a server or local update. I couldn’t find an update in the software. I did re check my settings as I know it’s the silly things that cause the most problems. I still am not getting the VOIP call to answer the doorbell. I DO receive a warning of a detection at the door. I do not get the call when the doorbell is activated. Please advise

Do you have the log number from that that you can post here for @WyzeChuanzhu ?

Do you get the app push notification for “someone is calling you at the door?” (Or whatever the wording is).

For a while I wasn’t getting any notification at all. Then after going thru all of the settings at least twice I started getting the “Alexa” verbal notices and text notices, but not the phone call to actually talk to the person at the door. Log 1309572 just now.
