For some reason my cameras have stopped recording events and I get no notifications. I have gone through the trouble shooting points and all seems to be set correctly. I got a new camera that I added to the group and it does record events and sends a notification!
I have the unlimited account. Tried the reset, still no result in notification of events or recording them. Also synced each camera separately. Also checked on Apple settings and notifications are turned on.
Unlimited usually assigns all cams to that plan. Maybe you should log into my.wyze.com > go to account >
My Service > click on cams and see if they are all assigned.
Yep, all assigned. I restarted the base station and still no recording. These are battery and not plug in. I wonder if they stopped supporting them? I get the live feed.
I have four of the WCO v1 battery powered cams and they all still work with Unlimited.
Well, I will keep tinkering with this and see where it gets me. Thanks for your suggestions! Not sure what else to try except to reinstall them at this point. Puzzling that they just stopped all together recording events.
Have you tried to just turn the power switch on the back of the cams off then on again, or just try the pairing button to see if it does anything. Do not delete the base or the cams if the are not connected to the wifi, you will never be able to set them up again
Oh dear, thanks for that information! I will try your suggestions. They are connected to WiFi through Bluetooth.
The Wireless Outdoor Cameras don’t use Bluetooth, they use the base station (which then connects to Wifi or wired ethernet).
With “Unlimited” my cameras Outdoor Cameras work fine for Person/Package/Pet detection. You might go through and check each one in settings to be sure you have recordings & notifications enabled for devices in the Wyze app under each device’s settings (not the iPhone Settings app)
You have to delete and re-add the cameras. I have to do it with all of my cameras often.

I have had Outdoor Cam v2 for a few years and have never had to delete and re-add them. Weird!
