My Wzye app notifications setting has Badges toggled on, yet I’ve never once seen a badge on the app. Does it not support this?

I don’t see “Badges” as a notification setting in public release v2.16.23 under iOS 14.3. I see all of my badges listed at Wyze app Home > Account > Badges.
What version of the Wyze app are you running?

I have iOS 14.2 on an iPhone 7 Plus. In Settings, Notifications, Wyze app, scroll down to Badges. It’s under Sounds.

There is no Settings, Notifications, Wyze app in public release v2.16.23 and hasn’t been a “Settings” for a while.

I believe @Resist is referring to the Badges setting within iOS itself, not within the Wyze app. And no, I don’t think the Wyze app has ever supported this, whether it’s enabled in Settings or not. I’ve certainly never seen a red Badge on the Wyze app icon. Even if it were supported Im not sure what the # (Badge) would represent.

I’ve never seen iOS badge counts on the Wyze app icon either. Must be a bug because…
they do work under Android. The count on the app icon represents the number of unviewed notifications.

If it is a bug then it’s just another thing that Wyze hasn’t gotten around to fixing. But I understand because they’re too busy designing new products, which will have their own software bugs they’ll never get around to fixing either.
