Newest Firmware V3 Camera's

After the latest firmware update ( 4.36.10.2864) on 10 camera’s only one camera is working properly, i am no longer receiving notifications of motion via the wyze app on ios (ver 16.1) , it is hit or miss if motion is recorded as an event and now Alexa is now not notifying of motion as well… anyone else having this issue? any fix?? I do have a subscription to cam plus on all camera’s…

Hello and welcome to the community. I am sorry you are running into issues. Have you tried any troubleshooting with them yet like powering the cameras on and off or reassigning the Cam Plus subscriptions?

I have reassigned with no change and i have powered down and rebooted the cameras, and got only one to work properly… what is the procedure to down grade back to the prior version, after reading the forum it looks like others maybe have the same type of issues as well…

To manually flash back to other firmware you will need to follow the instructions located here.

Hi on my case wit a mix of V2 and v3 , best update in years , I used to refresh cams to what happened , not anymore . Good luck wit your issues my friend from Chile !

After three (3) times reassigning the Cam Plus subscriptions, all is working properly again with the latest firmware update ( 4.36.10.2864), after reading through the fourms many users were stating it took multiple times for the cam plus settings to grab… all good now…
