New WyzeCam V4 only displays at 640x360 in Alexa Live view app / Firestick 4K

My new WyzeCam V4 only displays at 640x360 resolution in the Alexa Live view app / Firestick 4K and appears pixilated, even though full 2K video is selected in the Wyze app. Video in the Wyze app displays clearly at the full 2K.

I’m using the latest Android app version and v4 firmware.

Someone else in these forums mentioned that low 360p resolution / pixilated video is also a problem in the Tinycam app.

Cam v4 just came to market and is currently not supported by 3rd party viewers. Wyze can’t compel a 3rd party to act, but since it’s in everyone’s best interest, I’m sure the major 3rd party players are working on it.
