The v4 camera resolution is great when viewing video in the Wyze app, however video is a blurry low resolution mess when trying to view video using with Amazon Alexa live view / Firestick 4K (using the Wyze skill).

I primarily view video on a 4K tv using the Amazon firestick, so this low res 360p blurry video does not work for me and is a big downgrade from the v3. Video is also blurry when viewing in live view in Alexa app.

Perhaps Wyze will fix this in a future firmware / Wyze skill update but in the meantime, I am sending this v4 camera back to Amazon and reverting back to my v3, which has much better resolution in Alexa Live view.

I have left a review on Amazon Canada pointing out this issue until it is resolved.

This has been discussed before. The common belief is that until Amazon specifically adds support for the V4 camera, it is operating in a generic config which includes only low resolution. Once Amazon adds support for the V4, this should improve.
