New Wyze Pan cam worked out of the box and looks bricked after SW update.
I deleted and added the camera multiple times and it still in same mode.

Interesting that you can add the camera if it is bricked.

The normal solution for a bricked camera (software update didn’t complete or was glitched) is to use a microSD card to load the code.

You should be able to go here and download the most recent Firmware:

Put that demo.bin file on the SD card in the root directory.

Power off your camera, insert the SD card.

Hold the setup button, plug in your USB cable, keep holding the setup button for 3-6 seconds.

Once the light is solid blue, release the button and wait for 3-4 minutes. The camera will reboot and change light status during this time.

After it is done, your camera should be functioning again.
