So I ran the update on the 23rd and now my camera is a brick.
I cannot get support through the support ticket because it won’t accept my email and my issue isn’t part of the pre selected reasons to need support.
You can load the firmware with a clean SD card. Follow the directions as written. Just find the firmware for your cam on the release notes page.
Will that “unbrick” it?
Try it and fine out, what do you have to lose? It has worked for other members with a similar problem. Since you said the update killed it try to load it with the SD.
