My firmware update bombed during the process of installing it. My cam is useless now is there anything I can do?

You should try a factory reset.

Manually flashing the firmware almost always restores the cam, especially if the firmware was corrupted during upgrade.

You can reset itā€¦ Unplug from the camera, hold down the setup button on the bottom while you plug the cable back into the camera.
I believe that is the process, google it or search in Wyze for it
