New Wyze Cam 2 camera issue

Just got my cam today and tried it out. The camera was working fine for the first 15 mins then all of a sudden turned into the following half purple tinted, super blurry image. Have anyone seen something like this?

I have a bad one too. Submitted support request but haven’t heard anything…seems like usual turnaround on Support is 3-4 days from my previous inquiries, Defective V2?
