Ordered, received, ‘new’ camera. On box noted as “renewed.”. Not new, repaired, verified. What gives.

This happened to me, too. I ordered and paid for a new solar panel. What was delivered was, obviously, a return; the carton was torn, and the inside packaging was missing.
Was too lazy to return since it was still functional. I chalked it up to bad apples at the shipping dept.
