I replaced a pan cam with a new one but it keeps going offline. I have 2 other cameras that are working fine. I have power cycled and reset but can’t get it stay online. HELP.

A couple of questions:
- Did you use the 2 Amp power adapter that shipped with the cam?
- Are you using any USB extension cables to power the cam?
- What is the signal strength showing in device info?
- Does your router have the capability of showing the RSSI value?
- Did you update the firmware after install? What version?

Take a look at this recent post over in the Fix-it Friday thread. Worth investigating and reporting back to see if the router settings may be contributing.
