I am having a similar problem. My new two Cam V4 do not show up in the app under HMS setting but do show as available cameras on the web. Bought these cameras to upgrade my outside V3 cameras. How can the latest model camera nor just work?

Just upgraded to unlimited now none of the plus features work on any cameras despite all of them showing the badge…. Anyone found a fix for this?
