Need new firmware update. I have street blackout but keeps showing cars going by with notifications. Was fine until firmware update about a week ago.
Let’s start off with what camera are you talking about, and what camera firmware and what app version are you using?
I’m assuming you’re talking about the OG? There are multiple threads on this already, Wyze is looking into it. There also were a couple reports of something similar with the v4. My OGs seem to have magically fixed themselves over the past few days, I don’t know why, Wyze says they haven’t changed anything, and neither have I.
Now my cams are not detecting any motion since the new upgrade. 8/6/24
What new upgrade? The app, or did you request the special firrmware?
Wyze Cam v3PRO, Wyze Cam v4, Wyze Cam v3 all have the same issues all the time.

Go to Account, then Firmware Update. That will list all your devices with any that have firmware updates listed at the top. Press the green “Update” for that camera or if there is more than one, the larger “Update” at the top with the number of devices to update.
Alternate method. Select that camera, and then Settings > Device Info. A few rows dow is "Firmware Version with the currrent version listed. select Firmware Version and it will tell you if your firmware is up to date. If it’s a camera that supports Auto-Update, you can turn that on or off, or update the firmware if available.
That won’t work for the 1.0.83 debugging firmware for the OGs, they have to push it manually to you. But sounds like OP is now asking about the app and not the firmware.
