Is there really no replacement for the back plate for the video doorbell pro? We got a door jamb and the back plate was lost in the process. I’m told I have to buy a whole new doorbell to get a 50 cent piece of plastic. Surely that can’t be. Losing monthly subscriptions for a cheap plastic plate doesn’t sound like a winning idea.
Currently Wyze doesn’t sell this part. They did just start selling a LOT of replacement parts though, just not this one. I believe they will add to this collection and hopefully add this piece. For now you may be able to find one on etsy
