Just received my Video Doorbell, and I already broke the little clips on the back mounting plate while trying to adjust the mounting. With such a tight supply, do I even have a prayer of getting/buying a replacement back plate?
You could try contacting support, but it’s not likely that this will be replaced(there is still some hope).

I’m in the same boat. I like the rest of the doorbell but the mounting plate is super flimsy. I have 2 pins broken an now it pops off when ever someone rings the bell. I just want to find were to buy a new mounting plate. Even the after market plates rely on the factory plate being used
