My Wyze Video Doorbell just arrived and is missing the mounting wall plate. I can find no way on the Wyze web site to request the part. How can I request it?

Thanks for the reply. When I tried that number a couple of days ago nothing happened. No ringing sound. I think there was some sort of problem at Wyze I was also having problems with the web site. Yesterday it all worked fine.

If the number seems to not be functional, at this time, then I would go to the Chat area and enter the information, eventually you will be able to send an email which you can then provide the information. They will email you back relatively quickly.
@WyzeJasonJ , is there another way to contact Wyze if the number does not seem to work? Other than what I am recommending?
That is the only number I am aware of and I have not seen any reports of it being down
