I figured it was probably something like that and/or maybe because you also have a built-in spotlight with it. Either way, I don’t blame you at all for wanting to keep the Cam v4 in the front and the Cam v3 in the back.
I did notice that, yeah. They used to do this “Fix-It Friday” thing every month across their various communities (Wyze Forum, Discord, Reddit, etc.) to try to identify and focus on addressing high-priority issues (whatever was getting the most votes from the community because of comments and upvotes showing how many were affected), but my understanding is that they’ve shifted to trying to address problems as they’re made aware of them, and I think log submissions and ticket follow-up helps with that.
It’s a pretty easy process, but please be aware that log submission and ticket creation are separate processes and not at all the same thing. A lot of people seem confused by that, and I think some of that confusion is understandable. Those links and this Forum topic should provide some helpful context:
