My video is grainy, green, purple and gray color instead of clear…
Sounds like the IR filter (which is moved in and out of place with a small electro magnet) may be stuck. Try toggling night mode on/off a few times and see if it comes unstuck. There are posts here about people using magnets to unstick it also.

Thank you, I have already tried the on/off solution with no success. But, I will try the magnet idea. Where do I put the magnet at?

No idea on the Pan v2 but it would most likely be one of the two sides, or possibly top (you can’t really access the bottom of the lens on that one). Could also try front and back just for giggles, but that seems unlikely. Needs to be a pretty powerful magnet.
When you say you tried the on/off solution do you mean the whole camera or just the night vision? It is the night vision you want to toggle on and off a few times to see if that frees it, as that will cycle the electro magnet.
